We collect your email address, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see card details), and the memory records your agents write via the API. We do not sell your data.
Your email is used for account management and transactional emails (API key delivery, billing notices, usage alerts). Memory records are used solely to serve your API requests.
All data is stored in Supabase (AWS us-east-1). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Backups are retained for 7 days.
If you cancel, your data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by emailing support@by-kit.com.
We use Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). We do not share your data with any other third parties.
